Privacy Policy

I take your privacy seriously. Offset is designed so that no personal information is collected and no user data is tracked. Offset does not run ads, does not include analytics, and does not use third-party tracking SDKs.

Offset’s core functionality works entirely on-device. I don’t want the responsibility of storing or managing your data, so I don’t collect it.

If you choose to purchase Offset’s in-app purchase, it is handled solely by Apple’s App Store. I do not receive your payment details.

Personally Identifying Information

Offset does not collect, store, transmit, or sell personally identifying information. Offset does not create user accounts and does not maintain any server-side user database.

Analytics, Tracking, and Advertising

Offset:

• does not use analytics,
• does not track you across apps or websites,
• does not use advertising networks,
• does not show ads.

In-App Purchases

Offset offers an optional in-app purchase processed by Apple via the App Store. Billing information (including your name, email, payment details, and address) is handled by Apple and is not accessible to me.

To enable the purchase on your device, Offset may receive non-identifying purchase status information from Apple (for example, whether the purchase is active), via Apple’s in-app purchase system. Any purchase handling is subject to Apple’s terms and privacy policy.

Data Stored on Your Device

Offset may store local app preferences on your device (for example, settings required for the app to function as you configure it). This information stays on your device and is not transmitted by Offset.

Support Emails

If you contact support, I will receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and the content of your request). This information is used only to respond to you and provide support. I do not use support emails for marketing.

Business Transfers

If Offset, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, this Privacy Policy may be updated. Since Offset does not collect user data, a transfer would not include a user database.

Privacy Policy Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Your continued use of Offset after changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
